This home was built by Donald A. Sullivan in 1950. He and his first wife Dell lived there with their four children. I was their youngest. He and his second wife Cora moved to Troy, MO in about 1990. This home is about one-quarter mile west of Corso, MO, which virtually no longer exists. It lost its post office in 1980 and other businesses gradually throughout the 1900s. My Dad farmed this 160 acre farm which I believe he bought with his brother Dennis in the mid 1930s. I see things in this picture that bring back memories...feeding hogs, milking a cow, areas where we played baseball. Barely visible on the right were chicken house and small brooder house. That road was gravel then, paved now. I think it is now called Corso Road. When I grew up there, I don't think it had a name or number.
