This farm property was owned by my grandparents Karl and Edna Moser up until 1989 or 1990. The house never did have running water or air conditioning in it while they owned it (they had the property for over 50 years to the best of my knowledge). Since then, the house has been remodeled and has running water, a/c and central heat (the house had a wood burning furnace located in the basement). I remember spending alot of time here in the summer helping with the garden behind the house, baling hay in the fields and playing in the pasture with the herford cattle. Since that time, a modular home has been added to the left of the main house as the owner's son and his family live on the property and help farm it.
