During 1984 this road would have been known by the locals as Perkins Springs road. The mobile home an farm on the right were the Miller family. The enclosed fenced area on left is a pumping station, owned today 2018 by TEPPCO (Texas Eastern Pipeline Company). This location is just East of Scott City Missouri.
