This is a plaza at 415 Route 24 in Chester. There are businesses here such as The Piano Workshop at Chester, and Lewis S. Goodfriend & Associates. It is still standing today.

I do not think that this is in Chester. I lived there for 55 years and haven't seen this

Phil..I have also lived here for 50 plus years and i didn't recognize it either. After a little research, Fallen Swing is correct. Its on 24 east heading to Mendham and easily not noticed.
