This was our farm from 1977-1990. The barn burnt down and a few years later the house also burned down. Very sad as many memories were made there

My parents bought this farm the year I was born - 1955 - and we lived there until 1974. We added the silo, the feeder barn (between the original barn and the silo), and a storage shed/shop north of the house (hidden by the trees in this photo.) The silo and the storage shed are all that remain of the original buildings. There is a new barn/shop where the old barn was and a new house on top of the hill a little north of here.

David, you are correct- My dad bought the farm from your parents in 1974- Very sad that very little of the original property is still there.
