I picked up eggs in the lower chicken house. My mother in law Sallie Carter picked up the eggs in the upper house. We were under contact with Holly Farms to produce hatching eggs for their hatcheries. This is the time once a year when we removed all racks and nest to be cleaned and pressured washed for the new flock of chickens.
