Farm/facility behind Sir Walter Motor Hotel (Photo 46-HWA-33), once located at approximately 6301 Fayetteville Road near Swift Creek. Some buildings possibly extant, however overgrown and abandoned near the end of Malibu Drive in Colonial Heights. This could have possibly been the rumored "brothel" known in the local legend.
