we helped a family aquire this place in 1974, they lived there until the late 80s, early 90's...a couple other families came and went in the early 90s, but it was vacant since then, fell into disrepair, made it into the ohio "haunted house registry", though there was never anyone or anything to substantiate that, even from the family that lived there that we knew....sadly, on December 22nd 2015 the house burned to the ground....ARSON...though in decline, the house still had an incredible beauty, and many pictures and people visited it. it is now gone, with all it's stories and history. the barn still stands.
