The VanLeer's purchased this house and land in I believe 1970. I think I was 3 years old . Heistermans had it before that. It was a fruit farm and I believe the first house on the block... my Brother would know more.It had /has 3 wells , and a small but deep pond way out back and a gas well.. An absoultely wonderful place to grow up! We sold it in early 2000-2001 . It burnt to the ground about 3 years ago... I cried all day whn I found out, We had an old Gentleman visit us when I was younger and give us alot of history and pictures of the house..... A beloved treasure of the Van Leers'.. alot of Paranormal activity too:).
