Landot Auto Parts changed opener ownership 3 times, however, remained within the Landis family. ~2012, the business closed and the remaining cars crushed. The property is beautiful without being dotted with all the cars, but seems a bit eerie to us family members.

The property remains in the family, but Performance Signs now occupies the main building.
