This house is currently 13875 Coolville Ridge, Athens County Road 75, Athens, Ohio. It was built by Paul E. Erwin. His wife still lives there as of today....8/2/2016. The previous photo to this one "91-HAT-34" is the garage to this house that sets to the left the house. You could practically put the two photos together side by side for a complete photo. He was a home builder and owned the surrounding property. Since this photo was taken, he had built 2 more homes across the road.
