Former airport where Neil Armstrong learned to fly

I grew up less than a 1/4 mile south of the Wapak Airport. The airport had a grass runway. The pond was used to provide water to keep the runway green. As kids we used to fish in the pond. The day Neil landed on the moon my dad and uncle took us kids to the pond. Caught a mess of fish(mostly bass) had a fish fry just before the moon landing.
