This looks like the Shady-Bell Motel in south Bellaire, Ohio. I don't know when it was torn down, but apartments were built on this spot.

The Shadybell motel was purchased and renamed the 7 inn. The motel still stands , albeit in a vacant and dilapidated state. Directly north fronting Belmont St, is the home of Teresa and Achille Badia. Now owned by Mc Connells. North but up the drive, in the rear is a home that remains in the Badia family. That house was a stable on the Heatherington Estate.
