My family used to own this farm. We called it the Reed farm for the prior owners. We sold this years ago...probably 30 years ago maybe.
9144 Columbus-Cincinnati Road - a new house was built right behind the old one...not sure if this one is in danger of demolition...
...and so far, no demolition permit - risk averted, or just more time until the new house is finished?
No demolition permit...yet
...and the old house met its end. Demolition permit was dated March 9, 2026, and auditor's photo from today [April 1, 2026] shows the new house alone.
