William Hugh Smith farm house, 4940 Mahar Road - parceled out, with this left to rot, then fully demolished by 2023ish
Smith Jr's wife, Udean Votaw, was an organist at First Universalist Church in Springfield. When the church closed in 1965, they built a structure for the ca. 1910 Möller tracker pipe organ on this property, reinstalling it there (covered in an October 13, 1969 newspaper article).
