This property is 1.88 acres in Military Survey No. 880. The address is 3960 SR 729 North, Wilson Township, Clinton County, Ohio (Sabina). It was deeded to Lewis & Betty Groves (my maternal granduncle & his 2nd wife) on October 7, 1958 from Chester & Doris Ratliff. The property was deeded to my maternal grandparents, Russell & Louise Groves, in April 1969. I was born in 1971 and lived here through most of my early life. One of my grandfather's daughters still owns and lives on the property in a mobile home. The house is no longer standing but the barn is.
