My Great-Grandparents lived and farmed here for many years. They had a dairy operations and my GGrandmother carried on that tradition well after my GGrandfather passed away. My eldest brother, John Edwards milked cows from the time he was 16, until the day they sold the farm. My great grandfather passed away in 1966, and my great grandmother passed away in 1988, she was a few days shy of her 100th birthday. She passed away in her bedroom in this house. I lived with her from 1973 until 1979 when I graduated High School. That house was a beauty! LOTS of bedrooms, big summer porch and large back porch with white wicker furniture. The Blizzard of 1978 blew out all the windows across the back of the house, and there was a 3 ft snow drift on the dining room table! Love this farm. Farm was sold in the spring of 1989.
