My Dad bought our farm near Fairview, Oh from the guy that owned this, Russ Caplinger, it was later sold to a Dr. Morton, & my brother farmed the ground & lived in this house, which he ended up buying the farm after Dr. Morton passed. my niece now lives in this house, tho there have been a few buildings added with a grain system.
