This is in Pancoastburg, Ohio..
It was LONG ago a school house....
Later it was bought by the Waterloo Church of Christ in Christian Union to be used for a dinner hall, Jr church, and VBS.. I know because I attended the church in that time period...
It is now individually owned by a man who uses it for storage & such!
