I believe this is Moore's Dairy Bar at the N.E. corner of Norton Rd and Hall Rd.

This is Moores Ice Cream, on the corner of Norton and Hall Rd.

My father used to play horseshoe tournaments there back in the 60's. We lived off Norton Rd since the late 50's. We were always visiting for ice cream & horseshoes!
