Not sure of course, but I am from the east Columbus, knew it very well. I think all of these photos are western Franklin Co. At least so far. On West Broad St is Darby Dan Farms owned by John Galbraith millionaire developer. The family owned the Pittsburgh Pirates back in the 1960s/ All of there farm had the white fencing like the fence in the photos. There are some others in this batch I will mark them too.

I believe that you are correct

that is not the galbraith farm
there are no transmission towers of any kind on that farm and there was never a round top barn on the property
I drove past this farm for 30 years
