My Grandfather, Abraham Barton Sower, was Pastor of the Lauber Hill Reformed Mennonite Church around 1917 - 1923. The first time Sharon took me to meet her sister, Barbara Dennis, we drove on U.S. 20 from Bryan, Ohio. I saw the church and we stopped to pay our respects to three generations of my ancestors before me visited Barbara, who lives about two miles from the church. The building looks very much the same as it did in the early 1960s.
