Once located at the current intersection of Walden Way and Swigart Rd (Eric's Place subdivision), this farmhouse sat approximately at the northwest corner where 759 Walden Way now sits. The large barn directly behind the house sat where a pool is now built at 747 Walden Way. The farm was still standing in 1987, but razed the following year.
