Farm I grew up on. Purchased 1940 for $8,400. 114 acres. Sold 1972 for $150,000 100 acres.
I remember the home had two staircases to the second floor. As a five-year old visitor who had only lived in one-story homes, that made a big impression on me! Also remember there was a big pond where our grandfather sometimes went fishing.
