This is the State Hospital - but one can easily tell from this photo it has been a WWII POW Camp.

The old State Hospital three miles north of Cambridge. Though most of the facility closed in 2008. Original name was the Fletcher General Hospital, built by the U.S. Army during World War Two to serve thousands of the war’s sick and wounded servicemen and women. Used to be the Oldham Farm. Also was a POW Camp for Germans. The main big building and other buildings are gone. Newer homes are in some spots. Toland Dr.
