This is the Powell Memorial United Methodist Church located at 9648 COUNTY ROAD 313, FINDLAY, OH 45840. It was erected by relatives of the Andrew Powell family of Hancock County Ohio. Andrew's farm was located down and across the road toward Findlay.

The parsonage remains, and a paved parking lot now occupies the east side of the property.
