This where I went from Kindergarten through sixth grade and high school. I lived ten houses up & to the left of the school.

My moM went to high school there in early fifties. She was a cheerleader too. Joanne Murray

12 years of school here. No kindergarten when I started school. 10 years Scio School (Panthers) 2 years Jewett-Scio (Vikings)

I remember the basketball court in the barn behind the playground. Ted Grace let us play there.

I went there 1986-1991, junior and senior high.

I started to school there in 4th grade & graduated in 1947. It was a great school then. All four of my children went there but only 1 graduated from Scio High School. The other 3 went there part of the time & he rest of the time at Jewett, Belmont Vocational & Harrison Vocational schools. I have seen the methods of teaching go steadily downhill & this new school will not help matters any. They had some great teachers, some average teachers & a few horrible teachers.
