This was the farm of Matt Wohleber. It is located just shy of a mile east of Oberlin road on Butternut Ridge. It’s driveway is west of and runs parallel to the metro parks bike path. I don’t believe the structures are still standing.

The house was burned down by the fire department for practice when ownership changed. Only the foundation currently exists.
