This property is on the corner of Oberlin Road and Butternut Ridge road. It has not changed much since this picture has been taken. There is now a smaller house built to the left. The resident there is the owner of the property. His granddaughter lives in the house pictured. The two barns have been restored, with red metal siding. There is now a horse arena where the barn in the back is. The property operates as a horse farm.
