The Jolly Roger Sailing Club and dock, Edgewater Drive, Point Place(Toledo) OH. I was 5 yrs old and growing up on 148th street a few blocks away when this photo was taken. The main drive in this photo, Edgewater Drive was the only way in and out of what is called the "Back of the Point". The building and parking lot on the tree line in the top left was a walk-up ice cream stand(name?). As a kid my cub scout softball team would meet there after games and practices in the summer. I remember after heavy rains and storms, Edgewater would always flood right in front of this parking lot. Great memories of my childhood in the back of the point!
