I believe this to be 897 north Carpenter, still standing and for sale.

Ohiothegreat, you are correct...this is 897 N. Carpenter Rd Brunswick, Ohio The house was built in 1850.
It used to be Rohde Orchard and I-71 cut a portion of the property off. It is for sale and the house will probably be torn down.
