This property is the old Morlock Farm located at 5477 Center Road in Valley City. The property is on the north side of the road and is just west of Marks Road. The farm was sold many years ago to a family in Strongsville who owned if for about 20 years, then they sold it to a development company that is now developing the property in to homes which have entrance streets off of Marks Road north of 303. All the buildings in this picture are gone except the largest barn next to the silo which has been renovated and contains a construction company. The parcel now contains just over 2 acres. The house was burned down by the Valley City fire department as an exercise for their personnel.
