My family moved here in 1947. We sold it in the mid-70's. My father and grand-father were in the livestock business. Other than the first year we lived there, the whole 135 acres was in pasture.
Missing from this picture are a checken house, corn crib barn and a delapitated hog barn. Also since this picture was taken, all the buildings including the house have been burned down. The only exception is the barn in the upper part of the picture. The present owners have build a new home were the old one was.
I lived here until I was married in 1965. Mom & Dad had a home in Ft Recovery and one in Florida until they passed away.

My family moved into this house when I was 10 years old (I think) in the winter of '87. I loved that house, and was sad to hear that it was burned down after my family moved away.
