Sept 2018. This is the southwest corner of I75 exit #68 in Tipp City, Ohio. All buildings have been replaced. Dessie's Motel is now the location of Holiday Inn Express. The 76 service station is now Unity Nat'l Bank. The restaurant in most recent years was Tipp of the Town. Earlier this year they shut down, the building was completely demolished and a new Taco Bell was built.
