This historic home was built in 1938 by Howard McMillin President of Hydraulic Press Manufacturing, HPM, in Mt. Gilead, Morrow County Ohio. He chose the colonial style after those he appreciated in colonial Williamsburg, Virginia. It continued to be owned by HPM with it being offered as a perk to their presidents. It is currently owned by my son-in-law, a local attorney.
