This is the Morrow County Fairgrounds in Mt. Gilead, Ohio. It is located off of State Route 42/61. You used to be able to roller skate in the striped building in the front right corner of the picture. One of the buildings near the corner of the track on the right side is now gone. It was dismantled by Amish and relocated somewhere and rebuilt by them.
