2179 US Route 35 West, Eaton. Home of Dr. Richard and Cindy Mitchell. Town & Country Veterinary Clinic was opened in the home in 1977, the same year as the photograph was taken. On the National Register of Historic Places, the home was built by early Preble County homesteader Daniel Christman in 1856.
