This and the previous are the Steel- Renick farmstead at 1379 and 1611 Maple Grove Road. I don't know much about it other than the its families were interrelated with their neighbors. I grew up in one of the neighboring subdivisions built in the 1960s and 1970s, which probably led to its abandonment and demolition 2007-2008 as a small redundant farmstead with an outdated house. It stood outside an odd dogleg of Maple Grove Road (originally part of Cattail Road) with two different driveways.
