This is the Morris Cottage / Carpenter Station at 14589 State Route 28, at the brow of Carpenters Hill at the top of the winding highway running up it. The historic house in the center was a stop on the Underground Railroad.
The house has been vacant for years and may be gone now. See also 1963 Vintage Aerial photo 20-DRO-15 & 16, 1978's 20-PRO-10 & 11, and 1984's 26-YRO-17 & 18.
