The barn is the only thing standing. Perry's grandmother willed house to a grandchild who lived with her after parents divorced and mother died of cancer. Grandson was sued by the rest of the family for property rights but won. Doug Wanke lived here until his death in Dec. 2004. House was sold in auction back to cousin Gene Perry who tore it down and plowed up for farmland. Gene passed away a few years later and the property was put in trust for his nieces and nephews.
