My maternal grandparents, Fred and Anna McQuiston, built this house in the mid-1950's. My grandfather was an accomplished carpenter, and the wood work in the house was just beautiful. The building in the back of the house was his work shop. The house to the left is where I grew up. I have so many happy memories of playing in the back yard with all of the neighborhood kids, climbing on the white fence that can be seen in the back yard and being told to get down off of it right now! These days, there is a large garage where the little white shed sits in my parents' back yard. Mom and Dad are both gone now, sadly, but the new owners love the house as much as my parents and I did.
