5971 Bunnell Hill Rd. The land patent was originally granted to Adam Blain in 1811 (the German immigrant anglicized his name to Blin) and later purchased by Rachel McCurdy in 1859. The house above was built in 1884, and referred to as the "McCurdy Farm" in subsequent probate documents. The land stayed in the McCurdy family until circa 1945.
