After a lot of research and viewing older aerial photos, I believe this is the William H. Harris home on S. Main Street where Springboro High School now sits. I've traced the land from Mary Mullin Corwin (father Job Mullin) to the Henderson family who sold the land to the Springboro Board of Education.

While not found in most Warren County historical records, William H. Harris merits an entry in L.H. Everts 1875 Combination Atlas Map of Warren County. I believe the sketch of his home found in the Atlas, is the same house pictured above:
