This was the Everett & Zella Moore Farm. Zella came from the St. Mary's WV area and Everett came from the Graysville Ohio area. They had 2 sons, Roger (deceased 2015) and James (aka Jim/Jimmy). Roger married Roz and had a daughter Wendy . They later divorced. He got remarried to Brenda and they had a son AAron. Jim married Sherry and they had a daughter Carrie and a son Eric who have given them several grandchildren. Everett passed away in 1998 and our family eventually sold it to a retiree who wanted a small farm to run cattle on.Back in the day, Everett and Zella ran a few head of Hereford cattle, a pony named Ginger and always had a garden. The mobile home in the picture was put on the property for Zella's mom and dad to live in as they got older, after they passed away it was later removed.Also our family later added a tractor shed on to the side of the barn in the 1990's. Also of note, when the shallow well oil boom started, on top of the hill behind the barn the new oil well they put in was believed to be one of the largest in the area. When the well came in apparently the oil shot so high in the sky it could be seen for miles.
