David Harpster built this house and the town was named after him. My husband and I bought this house, which has since caught fire. The skeleton of the house remains while we rebuild behind it. It was a beautiful mansion we wished to live in.

I lived here from 1970 to 1975, cool home ,sorry to hear it was ruined by fire. I was 14 when our family moved from here to Lovell, Maine
