The only mention I could find in the 60's for a Sunny View Farm was in Denver, PA, which is not in Lackawanna County. An ad on newspapers dot com on Sept 13, 1966, says the Northern Lancaster Fish and Game had a new location on what used to be called Sunny Hills Farm. The house in this photo looks very, very similar to the one at the intersection of Forest Rd and Rte 897, including the columns.
Correct. Confirmed on historicaerials.com - the barn was razed sometime between 1958 and 1969.
