The Wagon Wheel Bar and the railroad that crossed the river to Clairton Works of US Steel.this was on the McKeesport Elizabeth Rd. The RR tracks are paved over now. There was a parking lot to the right of the building where men would park and walk over the bridge to work in the mill.
