My grandparents home, Oh how I miss those days. Carefree summers spent with grandma & pap. Everyone was so close, Aunts uncles, and cousins, what a wonderful time in life, I have so many loving memories of this place.

Where I grew up! What amazing memories. Family dinners, mama always in the kitchen cooking. The smell of homemade bread baking in the old woodstove. Playing Red-Rover, catching light'nin bugs and moths, (Danny putting the moths down his moms back so we could hear that scream!), the awesome sledding down the lane past the house and down thru the woods. Playing hard, working harder, and loving family. Wish I was a kid again...

My grand-parents house. Mike, and Mabel. Gram always in the kitchen with her apron on, that cook stove I would love to have today. The house was always full of family and friends. I remember riding with pap on the boat in that HUGE (lol) pond..back then 40 plus years ago.. it was huge. And who can forget grams bed..you needed a step stool to climb up on it.And the pies...oh my..the memories.

I remember coming in from hunting and being greeted by "Aunt ?Mabel" and the smell of fresh baked pies and other goodies that she just wouldn't let you leave without sampling. What great place it was for friends and family to gather.
