This is the Ben Hall farm in Yellow Creek, PA (Hopewell). The framing of what remained of Hall's Mill is shown. My grandmother eventually had the mill torn down because she was afraid we kids would get hurt when we played in it. Also, after the farm was sold in 1976, the farmhouse roof needed to be replaced. It was replaced with a simpler roof to keep the cost down.
