At the time of this photo, this was the home of multiple businesses, Fleet Sales & Leasing Corp., Thayco and Fleet Helicopter Service, all owned by William Thayer. Thayco refurbished and customized truck trailers, turning some into temporary jail cells. The business closed sometime in the late 1990s. Today it is the location of Coopersburg Kenworth, a truck dealership also providing parts sales and service.

The road in the foreground is Hilltop Road. he building in the upper left corner is currently Dreamstone Granite and Marble and the old farmhouse by the road is currently occupied by 309 Hilltop Spa and was previously a gun shop.
